Yes, you can make a difference in the lives of young people today!
Are you worried about the crime, drugs and violence facing our young people every day? There is a way to make a difference!
Isn't one of the best things that ever happened to you as a kid the fact that some adult took interest in you or gave you some guidance? There is a way to make a difference!
Don't you think business people such as yourself have something uniquely important to say to these kids? There is a way to make a difference!
THE DIFFERENCE IS
KIWANIS: OUR CENTRAL THEME IS "
SERVING THE CHILDREN OF THE
WORLD".
Kiwanians are individuals who give a little of their time to make their communities and the world a better place in which to live, work and raise a family. Kiwanis business men and women are in the schools more than any other service organization - through the Key Clubs, Builder's Clubs, Terrific Kids, Sophomore of the Year, Weekend of a Lifetime and Hugh O'Brian Leadership Seminars - where the children are, teaching them leadership, organization, values and ethics. Kiwanis helps the kid who needs to know somebody cares.
The Kiwanis Club of Plano invites you to join us for a complimentary breakfast to learn more about how Kiwanians- and you- can MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of young people.
